Returns & Exchanges:
We accept exchanges only within 14 business days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds
- Refunds are not accepted after 10 business days from the delivery date
- If a refund is approved within the 10-business-day window, it will be issued to the original form of payment
Damaged Items:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist.
